To this end we strongly recomment that you have your gas appliances that require it properly serviced once a year.

Modern condensing wall boilers are much more complicated than the older types and to maintain their high efficency they need to be inspected annually.

Older open flue floor standing boilers and back boiler units that take air from the room also take in fluff and hair, especially if you have pets. It is very important that they are properly serviced EVERY year.

If the flames you see are YELLOW turn it off  and give us a call it coud save your life.( this does not apply to "Flame Effect" gas fires unless you see soot)
