My mobile is usually answered during the day in person unless I am driving or in the middle of somthing were I cannot reach the   phone. If you leave a message I will call you back as soon as I am available.

Emails are answered as soon as I open them.

I always ask for a confirmation of my reply to ensure you have received them and its not sitting in your junk mail!!!
